All business units should conscientiously study and abide by the Price Law of the People's Republic of China, the Provisions on Clearly Marking Prices and Prohibiting Price Fraud, the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and other laws and regulations, follow the principles of openness, fairness, honesty and credit, set prices reasonably and independently, provide consumers with goods and services at reasonable prices, and consciously safeguard market price order and public interests. Second, strengthen price self-discipline. All business units shall consciously strengthen price self-discipline, operate in accordance with the law, be honest and trustworthy, and when selling mooncakes, high-end tobacco, alcohol and tea, crab cards and prepaid crab coupons and other special holiday commodities or provide services, price comparisons shall be marked with the price information to be compared, and be true and accurate. It is not allowed to use false or misleading price means such as fictitious original price, false preferential discount, failure to fulfill price promises, etc., to induce consumers to transact with them. Third, clearly mark the price and standardize the operation. All business units should seriously implement the clearly marked price system, advertise the prices of goods and services in the prominent position of the business site, and effectively ensure that the price tag is complete, the price content is true and clear, the handwriting is clear, the cargo tag is aligned, and the mark is eye-catching. When the prices of commodities or services change, the business operator shall adjust the corresponding prices in a timely manner, and shall not sell commodities or provide services at a higher price than the listed price, and shall not collect any fees not indicated. In the case of first consumption and then settlement, in addition to clearly marking the price in accordance with the provisions, a settlement list shall be issued to the consumer before settlement, listing the service items consumed, the price and the total amount of charges and other information. Fourth, the passenger transport companies, taxi companies, highways and other transportation units should consciously regulate price behavior, strictly implement major holiday charging policies, do a good job of fare publicity, and prohibit unauthorized price increases beyond the government's pricing, out-of-price charging and other illegal acts. Operators in transportation fields such as high-speed rescue services and relatively closed areas such as high-speed rail stations and high-speed service areas should do a good job of clearly marking the price of goods and services, and it is strictly prohibited to impose charges. When scenic spots, hotels, parking lots, restaurants and other units provide tourism-related goods and services, they shall strictly implement their own price commitments, strictly implement national fare policies, implement preferential and reduction measures, and strictly prohibit illegal acts such as non-implementation of government guidance prices and non-implementation of preferential policies. They shall not be forced to bundle or tie up other goods or services against the will of consumers or raise prices or impose compulsory charges in a disguised manner. 6. Relevant legal liability tips. According to the Price Law of the People's Republic of China and the Provisions on Administrative Penalties for Price Violations and other laws and regulations, business operators who violate clearly marked prices shall be ordered to make corrections, their illegal gains shall be confiscated, and a fine of not more than 5,000 yuan may be imposed. Those who commit price fraud may be fined up to 500,000 yuan; A maximum fine of 2 million yuan may be imposed on those who fail to implement government-guided or government-fixed prices; Those who fabricate or spread information about price increases, bid up prices, hoard goods, and promote the rapid or excessive rise of commodity prices may be fined up to 3 million yuan; Those who collude with each other to manipulate market prices and cause commodity prices to rise substantially may be fined up to 5 million yuan.
